Pricing Model
We have a job level tier-based placement fee model as opposed to a percentage. The standard staffing agency industry model is a 20% - 25% placement fee based on the annual salary. These fees typically only make sense when hiring for higher level positions or highly skilled
Our fees are significantly lower depending on the level of recruitment support you are looking for and we include a 60 day refund guarantee.
